Leykaul (Bütgenbach): Hoge Venen and Monschau
Hoge Venen (High Fens)
Fine cottage for one to four people, with a large enclosed garden. You can walk straight into the forest from the property.
Living room and kitchen are on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find the bedrooms and bathroom. There are single beds (90*200), which can be together or apart. If there are more of you, there is a second bedroom with a double bed (160*200).
The winter garden is a wonderfully bright room, adjacent to the High Fens kitchen. There is a wood-burning stove, a large dining table and a cosy seating area. Even when you are inside, you feel like you are in the middle of nature.
One or two dogs can come with you on holiday.
A cot and highchair can be added on request.

Shared facilities in Leykaul
In a large open shed near the pond there is a table tennis table (with bats and balls) and a table football. There is also a dartboard (without darts, you need to bring your own if you want to play darts here).
These games are for the use of guests of both cottages.
The 'games room'
Monschau, Leykaul (Bütgenbach)
Cottage for 1 to 6 people, with a large, enclosed terrace. From that terrace and from the living room, you have a splendid view over the pond. The cosy and comfortably furnished living room has a wood-burning stove for extra atmosphere and warmth on cold autumn and winter evenings.
Good to know, for when stairs are a bit harder to climb: there are a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and shower on the ground floor. The living room and kitchen are also downstairs.
Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms, each with two single beds. Here is also the second bathroom. A cot and highchair can be added on request.
